Diamond & Pear-Shaped Sapphire Pendant

This pendant’s trendy asymmetrical design is made up of a stream of diamonds that forms the outline of an asymmetrical, flat-top pyramid. At both ends of this diamond stream, near the right-side base, is a pear-cut sapphire. The inner sapphire points upward and the outer sapphire points to the right, in the same direction as the diamond stream.
